When you register for an account, we collect the following personal information: • Full name • Email address • Phone number • Password (stored in an encrypted, non-reversible format) When you use the platform, we also record: • Deposit amounts and transaction records • Proof-of-payment files you upload • Timestamps of account activity

3. How We Store Your Information
Your data is stored securely in an encrypted database hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure. Passwords are hashed using a strong one-way algorithm and are never stored in readable form. Files you upload (proof of payment) are stored in a secure cloud storage bucket with access restricted to authorised administrators.
4. Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where strictly necessary: • Service providers: We use trusted third-party services (email delivery, cloud storage) that process data only on our behalf and under confidentiality agreements. • Legal obligations: We may disclose information where required by law or by a valid order from a competent authority. Your financial information is accessible only to Society administrators within the scope of their official duties.
5. Your Rights
As a member, you have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information • Request deletion of your account and associated data (subject to legal and financial record-keeping obligations) • Withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time To exercise any of these rights, please contact the Society administrator directly.
6. Cookies
This platform uses session cookies solely to keep you signed in during your visit. We do not use tracking cookies or analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this may prevent you from signing in.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Upon resignation or expulsion from the Society, your account data will be retained for a minimum of five (5) years in accordance with financial record-keeping requirements, after which it may be permanently deleted.
8. Children's Privacy
This platform is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will promptly delete their account.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, the revised policy will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
